Logonvoice is committed to protecting the privacy of the individuals on Logonvoice’s websites, products and services, (collectively, “Services”), that include a link to this Privacy Policy. For the purpose of this Policy, “Subscriber”, as the term is here, refers to an individual or an entity that registers to use our Services.

In this Privacy Policy, personal information means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his/her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. Subscribers Information in this document refers to any/all personal information relating to our Subscribers and (where applicable) their businesses. We collect this information in order that we may provide our Services to Subscribers. In accordance with GDPR of the European Union, we the “data controllers’ of this Subscriber Information, collect, store and maintain said information for the sole purpose of facilitating the provision of our Services to Subscribers.

Customer Information refers to personal information relating to individuals with whom our subscribers interact (such as customers of their stores). Subscribers to our Services are solely responsible for establishing policies for and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as all privacy policies, agreements or other obligations, relating to the collection of personal information in connection with the use of our Services by individuals with whom our Subscribers interact. We collect information under the direction of our Subscribers and have no direct relationship with individuals whose personal information we process in connection with the use of our services. If you are a Subscriber providing information (including personal information) about someone else, you must have the legal ability to do so and, if necessary, inform them about how their personal information will be used (as described in this Privacy Policy). If you are an individual who interacts with a Subscriber using our Services- for instance if you are an employee or customer of a retail store- that Subscriber is the controller of your information and you should contact them directly for any instance where your personal information may be used. Contact them with any requests or questions relating to your personal information.


You agree not to resell, distribute, or transfer the software to any third party. The software is licensed for your personal use only, and you are strictly prohibited from granting sublicenses or allowing others to access, use, or reproduce the software without prior written consent from the software owner or authorized representative. Violation of this term may result in legal action and termination of the license.

3. YOUR INFORMATION

We collect information you provide when you apply or sign up for a Logonvoice Account or Service, go through our identity or account verification process, authenticate into your account, communicate with us, answer our surveys, upload content or use our services in any other way. In using our Services, you provide us with the following information which we store securely.

3.1 ACCOUNT AND PROFILE INFORMATION Contact information such as name, email address, physical address, phone number, company registration number, Tax information and country. Profile information such as a username, profile picture, and job role. Preference information such as notification and marketing preferences.

3.2 OPERATIONAL AND TRANSACTION INFORMATION We also store information you upload to or send through our Services, including:

  • Information about products and services the Subscriber sales (including inventory, pricing, credit sales or transaction, tax and other data)
  • Information about the Subscriber or the Subscriber’s business (employee, customer, and contact data)

When you use our services to make, accept record payments, we collect information about when and where the transaction occurs, the name of the transacting parties, description of products or services transacted, amounts paid, and the devices and payment methods used for the transactions

3.3 OTHER SUBMISSIONS We ask for and collect personal information from you when you submit web forms on our websites or application, or when you participate in any interactive features of our Services, participate in a survey, competition, promotion, activity or event, apply for a job, request customer support, download content, communicate with us via third party social media sites, or otherwise communicate with us. We also collect information about the devices you use to access Logonvoice such as your mobile phone, tablet or computer. This information includes:

3.4 ACCESS LOGS Like with most websites and services delivered over the Internet, information is gathered and stored in log files during interactions with our websites or applications, and Services. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses as well as browser type, URLs of referring/exit pages, Operating system, Language and Location preferences, Time/Date Stamp, Search History, Device Identification Numbers and System Configuration Information. Occasionally, we connect personal information to information gathered in our log files as is necessary to improve our Services. If we do this, we would treat the combined information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3.5 ANALYTICS INFORMATION We collect analytics information when you use our Services to help us improve our products and services. We are constantly aiming to make Logonvoice a better experience for retailers and customers alike, and your information really helps us to do this! This analytics information consists of the function and feature of the Logonvoice Service being used, and the Subscriber’s Logonvoice subdomain name (or other similar information), the username and IP address of the individual who is using the function or feature (which will include any personal information incorporated into the username), and other information needed to detail the operation of the function and the parts of the Services that are being affected.

We use Google Analytics as one of our analytics providers. Refer to Google’s Policies and Principle to find out more about the privacy policy of Google Analytics. To prevent analytics information from being sent to Google Analytics, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

COOKIES, WEB BEACONS AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES Cookies, web beacons and other technologies are used by Logonvoice application and web portal as well as by our third-party partners (for example, our advertising and analytics partners) to collect information. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your hard drive or in device memory for record keeping purposes. We use cookies to give you a better and more personalised use of the Services, to save you logging in every time and to count the number of visits. Logonvoice and our third- party partners also collect information using web beacons. Web beacons are objects embedded in our Services or in emails that assist us to check that Content has been accessed for web analytics. You may opt out of receiving personalised advertisements as described below under How you can protect your information.

Our store uses Google Analytics to help us gain information about who visits our mobile application and what pages are being looked at.

Prices will be charged based on the package on the invoice.

12. Expired Subscription Account

- Duration of Subscription: The subscription period for the account shall be valid from the date of purchase or activation until the specified expiration date, as mentioned during the subscription sign-up process.
- Access Termination: Upon the subscription's expiration, users' access to the premium features or services associated with the subscription will be suspended until a new subscription is purchased or reactivated.
- Renewal Options: Users have the option to renew their subscription before or after its expiration. Renewal terms and fees may differ from the initial subscription terms.
- Data Retention: After the subscription expires, user data and settings may be retained for a specified period in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, access to the services will be restricted until renewal.
- Non-refundable: Please note that expired subscriptions are non-refundable. Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and renewing them before the expiration date.
- Free Trial Offers: In the case of free trial subscriptions, access to premium features will cease at the end of the trial period unless users choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
